Highlands Dermatology’s Director, Paul S. Cabiran, M.D., F.A.A.D., is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Dr. Cabiran earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, LA.. He performed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans before entering the residency program in dermatology at the Louisiana State University Medical Center

Jane K. Pressler, F.N.P., D.C.N.P. is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and joined the practice in December 2014. Prior to this she was on staff at Mountain Area Family medicine in Cashiers, N.C. since 2011. She completed her training at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, obtaining a Master's of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in December of 2010.

Christopher Trotter MSPAS, PA-C is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He will join the practice in May 2023. Christopher completed his bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in nutrition at Texas Woman's University. He obtained his master's degree in physician assistant studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Prior to joining Dr. Cabiran, he worked for two years in Urgent Care.

Lindsey Koach, DNP, FNP is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined the practice in March 2023. Prior to this, she was on staff at WNC Internal Medicine in Sylva, NC. She completed her training at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, obtaining a Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in April of 2021.
